That is why we run Senza Hydrogen with a consistent hands-on mentality. We personally accompany every milestone, from strategic planning in our offices to technical monitoring directly on site in the energy hubs.
For you, this means: Maximum transparency and management that is physically on site to set the course for success. We demonstrate our belief in this vision not only through our presence, but also through a personal $200,000 bank guarantee as an additional protective shield.
Capital security through physical collateral.
Your investment is protected in two ways: through the legal isolation of the industrial asset in an SPV and through the clear financial commitment of the management.
- Physical asset backing: The investment funds flow directly into the purchase of the electrolyzer. Your capital is tied to a real, valuable industrial asset.
- SPV structure (insolvency protection): The project is managed in a legally isolated manner. There is no recourse to other business activities – maximum security for your capital.
- Personal commitment: To secure the early development phase (pre-FID), the initiator has provided a personal bank guarantee of USD 200,000.

SENZA Hydrogen is not an anonymous investment vehicle, but a founder-led entrepreneurial project. As founder, I have invested my own capital and personally support the development and implementation of the projects.
